They upgraded me to a cosy and enjoyable room with a delightful view of the sea. The staff team was knowledgeable and experienced. It was in a central setting next on the island.
Even though the breakfast itself was hot and delicious, it certainly should have been included.

Lekker stay in Douglas 🇮🇲
Brekkie was a winner! Plenty of options and the kippers were just great. Our room had a lush balcony overlooking the atrium, seemed like a proper holiday vibe. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help.
Just found the rooms to be a bit warm, air circulation could do with a boost, ya know?

The atrium water garden reminded me of stepping into a lush paradise, with vibrant greenery wrapping around tranquil fish ponds. It was a good spot to relax, with easy access for seniors to enjoy its beauty.
Better signage for navigating the hotel would help.
